Why do you use tokens instead of a subscription?

When you use a Compatibility Token, you unlock detailed compatibility insights with one specific person. This includes: full compatibility breakdown across all 5 categories (Heart, Mind, Body, Life, Deal-breakers), AI-generated match summary, personalized conversation starters, deal-breaker visibility, and lifetime access to those results. You’ll confirm before any token is used—nothing happens automatically.

Token purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Because tokens provide instant access to digital compatibility insights, we cannot offer refunds once tokens are used. However, unused tokens may be eligible for refund in accordance with local consumer protection laws. Contact [email protected] if you have specific refund questions.

Yes. Only one person needs to use a Compatibility Token to unlock mutual insights. Once unlocked, people can see the full compatibility breakdown, AI summary, conversation starters, and all other insights. Compatibility is mutual and transparent—when you unlock, they’re notified and also get access to the results.
You can purchase additional token packages anytime from your account dashboard or the pricing page. There’s no limit to how many tokens you can buy, and they never expire. Many users start with the Starter package (3 tokens) to try the experience, then purchase the Core or Ultimate package when they’re actively dating or attending events.

No. You can:

  • take the assessment
  • view your personal “My Results”
  • browse events or profiles without using Tokens.

Tokens are only required when you want deep compatibility insights with another person.

Tokens let you:

  • avoid monthly commitments
  • share compatibility selectively
  • use Jeter at your own pace

Subscriptions may be offered in the future, but Tokens are designed for flexibility.

No. Because Tokens unlock immediate digital content, all Token purchases are final, except where required by law.

Compatibility results are subjective and informational. Refunds are not issued based on:

  • disappointment
  • lack of chemistry
  • unfavorable results
  • personal preference
Purchased Tokens generally do not expire, Bonus or promotional Tokens may expire (we’ll tell you if they do)

If a technical issue caused by Jeter.ai prevents a Token from functioning as intended, please
contact support. At our discretion, we may:

  • restore the Token
  • issue a replacement Token
  • provide a courtesy credit

  • non-transferable

Yes, sometimes — for:

Jeter provides meaningful insights into compatibility factors that matter, helping you make more informed decisions.
