Jeter AI hosts virtual and in-person social and dating events, including but not limited to speed dating, mixers, and curated matchmaking experiences (collectively, “Events”).
Each Event is designed to provide participants with a series of short, structured interaction rounds (“Rounds”) with other attendees.
Unless otherwise stated, Events may include up to a specified number of Rounds. The number of completed Rounds is subject to participant attendance, punctuality, technical connectivity, and availability.
While Jeter AI endeavors to provide a high-quality experience, Jeter.AI does not guarantee that every participant will complete an exact number of dates or interaction rounds.
Factors that may affect the number of completed Rounds include, but are not limited to:
By registering for an Event, you acknowledge and accept that the actual number of completed Rounds may be fewer than the maximum scheduled number.
An Event will be considered reasonably fulfilled if a participant completes the substantial majority of scheduled Rounds, even if one or more Rounds are not completed due to circumstances outside Jeter AI’s control.
Minor variations in completed Rounds are considered a normal and accepted aspect of live social events.
If a participant misses one or more Rounds due to another participant leaving, disconnecting, or failing to attend:
Jeter AI will make reasonable efforts to continue the Event smoothly.
Jeter AI is not obligated to provide refunds for missed Rounds resulting from participant behavior beyond its control.
Short breaks or temporary waiting periods may occur as part of the Event flow.
At Jeter AI’s discretion, and as a courtesy, participants who experience a reduced number of completed Rounds may be offered one or more of the following:
Such offerings are goodwill gestures and do not constitute an admission of fault or a contractual obligation.
If a participant experiences technical issues caused directly by Jeter AI’s systems that materially prevent participation:
Except where required by law, fees paid for Events are non-refundable once the Event has begun, including situations where fewer Rounds are completed than scheduled.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Jeter AI reserves the right to remove any participant from an Event, without refund, for behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or in violation of community guidelines.
Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to compensation, credit, or re-entry.
By participating in Events, you acknowledge that live social interactions involve inherent unpredictability and that outcomes, including completed Rounds and personal connections, cannot be guaranteed.
Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeter.ai shall not be liable for:
Jeter AI’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Event in question.
By registering for or participating in an Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
