By registering for or participating in any Jeter.ai event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Jeter.ai
Jeter.ai is an AI-powered virtual speed dating and social matching platform. We host structured virtual and in-person events, including speed dating rounds, mixers, and curated matchmaking experiences (collectively, “Events”).
2. Event Structure
Each Event consists of a series of short, structured interaction rounds (“Rounds”) with other attendees. Unless otherwise stated, Events include up to a specified number of scheduled Rounds. The actual number of completed Rounds may vary based on:
- Attendance levels and participant punctuality
- Early departures or no-shows by other participants
- Technical or connectivity issues
- Uneven attendance numbers
By registering, you acknowledge that the completed number of Rounds may be fewer than the maximum scheduled.
3. Reasonable Fulfillment Standard
An Event is considered reasonably fulfilled when a participant completes the substantial majority of scheduled Rounds — even if one or more Rounds are missed due to circumstances outside Jeter.ai’s control. Minor variations in completed Rounds are a normal and accepted aspect of live social events.
4. Participant Conduct
All participants are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith. Jeter.ai reserves the right to remove any participant from an Event, without refund, for behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, abusive, or in violation of our community guidelines. Removal for cause does not entitle the participant to compensation, credit, or re-entry.
5. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Jeter.ai does not guarantee romantic compatibility, specific match quality, or any particular number of completed dates. Participation is voluntary. Outcomes — including personal connections and completed Rounds — are inherently unpredictable.
6. Technical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and functional audio/video equipment. If a technical issue is caused directly by Jeter.ai’s systems, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it. Where resolution is not possible, credits or re-entry may be offered at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, AI tools, and platform features on Jeter.ai are the intellectual property of Jeter.ai. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeter.ai shall not be liable for missed Rounds, participant drop-offs, lack of compatibility, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Event in question.
9. Modifications
Jeter.ai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your registration will apply to that Event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
